Add low stock threshold products to PO - wrong quantities

In Purchase Orders PRO, I can choose the option 'Add all products with Low Stock Threshold'.
This adds all products with a Low Stock Threshold, but the default quantity is 1, even if it would require more than 1 to reach the Low Stock Threshold (for example if the current stock level is 0, and the Low Stock Threshold is 3).
How can I add all products with Low Stock Threshold with the correct quantities?

I’m sorry about the issue you’ve faced.

ATUM hasn’t considered the value of the Low stock threshold of WC, but we will fix it in the next version.

Meanwhile, what you can do is set the values for each product manually to add all the products at once to your Purchase Order.

Am I missing something or ATUM still doesn't consider each item's low stock threshold when adding them to a PO and we still need to add the quantity manually?

Thanks Iryna. Will this update take into account items that are incoming stock?

For example:

The current stock level is 0
Low Stock Threshold is 3
We have a quantity of 2 which are incoming, which we are waiting for the supplier to deliver

Will ATUM calculate that it only needs to add 1 (correct), or will it add 3 of the item (incorrect) to the PO?

ATUM doesn’t calculate the products you need to add, it just shows you the products that are below the Low Stock Threshold value so you can set the quantity you need.

So, if you have 2 incoming products, you still will be able to choose the “add all products with Low Stock Threshold”, but it won’t show you the 2 incoming products in the PO - the stock will be still with "0". The incoming products are not taken into account.

If ATUM are incorporating into the next update adjusting the stock level to reach the minimum threshold, then would they not consider taking into account incoming stock levels too, when this value is calculated?

Regretfully, we are not going to incorporate it. We only consider the actual stock.

The "Incoming" is a calculated field that the user must take into account, but we do not know if an order from a supplier can be delayed, canceled, or lost. That's why this field shouldn't affect the rest of the calculations.

The ”Incoming” avoids consulting all the POs that you have done to know if you had requested it or not.

Yes, we use The PO Pro add-on.
But it seems no matter what we do, when adding products to a PO the quantity it wants to add is always 1, not the required quantity.

Actually, it is the way it works.
There are some users requesting this feature and it's in our TODO list but we don't have an ETA for it yet.
