Enabling ATUM hides fields in the shipping tab for products

Hi,

We use DHL to ship our products, we have found that the ATUM plug-in results in the fields being hidden from the shipping tab, this is where we enter Harmonized Shipping (HS) Code, weights etc.... I suspect this will be an easy fix for the ATUM development team. The developers of the DHL plug-in have excellent support and would usually gladly modify their code if they found something they can change on their side, however, they have looked into this bug and determined it is being triggered by something on the ATUM side. I would appreciate it if the ATUM team would investigate this 🙂 A humble request from a loyal customer who runs many of your paid plug-ins.

ATUM only hides fields for its own product types. So only for BOM products if you are using Product Levels and only if those BOM products aren't marked as "sellable", these shipping fields should be hidden (no sellable = no shipping needed).
Is this your case, please?

Hi,

I don't have the BOM plug-in installed. Only shipping information showing is dimensions and weight, however the other extra fields needed for international shipping such as HS Code, country of manufacture etc... are all missing.

If you aren't using the Product Levels add-on, I don't understand how ATUM could hide any of those fields. Very weird...
If you disable ATUM, are those fields showing?

I am sorry I took so long to get back on this. I went on vacation and forgot to follow up when back.

This is with ATUM plug-in enabled.

And this is without. As you can see many fields needed for shipping are hidden with ATUM turned on.

It seems these aren't default WooCommerce fields. Which plugin is adding those fields, please?

And, as I said previously, I think this cannot be caused by ATUM (the free plugin) unless you are using some add-ons. Do you say that you don't have any premium add-ons active?

Hi,

I am using the Elex DHL shipping plugin, this information is needed by DHL for shipping.

I am also using the ATUM purchase orders and multi-inventory pro plug-ins.

ATUM Purchase Orders PRO cannot cause this either. But it could be caused by Multi-Inventory. Might you tell me if this still happens if you disable only Multi-Inventory, please?
