Inventory Log "Other" doesn't show the input box

Hi ATUM teams,
Currently our website using Inventory Log to record any non-order inventory changes. When we create a new inventory log and choose the Log Type to "Other", it used to shows a new input box and let us write some messages in it. However, at the end of last month, when we choose Other, nothing shows up. So we cannot write down some useful information and let us know why we create this log from the list view.
Hope someone can help.

I've just tried to do the same thing and it showed the field correctly for me.
Are you using the latest ATUM version, please?
And might you try to open your browser's console and check if there are any errors in red logged there when this happens, please?

My ATUM Version is 1.9.19.2
Attached is the console log when I hit New Inventory Log, no red error logs but a Syntax Error. When I change the log type, nothing happens in console log.

Not sure if this error could be affecting this behavior... This seems to come from a 3rd party plugin (getwooplugins-form??).

Anyway, I suspect this could be due to some kind of conflict with any 3rd party plugin you have active. In order to determine if this is really the cause, I'd try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM and check if it works in that way. If so, you can start enabling them one by one and trying until you found the source. If possible, I'd recommend doing so on a staging site.
