EXPORTING REPORT

Is there anyway i can export all the products in excel or in PDF exactly the way it appears in stock central settings with photos. The reason being I would like to do the order analysis and send the order list to suppliers with photo.

I am able to export only small chunk in PDF , but I would like to export all products and they are really big in size.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can export data as a PDF from Stock Central with The Export Data feature that allows you to export selected data as a pre-formatted .pdf file.

Here you can find a tutorial on how to export data.

You can also export almost any data in your stores with the ATUM Export PRO add-on that allows you generate manual or automated reports in CSV.

Iryna thanks for your reply, i have setup the supplier for all the products, with exportpro i was not able to pull the supplier data in csv. Please let me know how to extract the supplier name as well.

Hi sailesh29 ,

You can export the suppliers on your site using the Suppliers default template or selecting the Suppliers entity from the Export Center screen.

You can also add the product supplier's name to exported files by creating a new template and adding the field.

i think i din't make it clear. what I am trying to achieve is the Product+atumdata+supplier & Orders+atumdata+supplier

I explained how to get the supplier's name for Product+atumdata+supplier in the above post. Please, let me know any doubts you have about that.

Regarding Orders+atumdata+supplier, unfortunately, it isn't possible without some custom coding, sorry.

You could also separately export and relate the info using any spreadsheet software.
