Employee access to ATUM in woocommerce

Hi, we are using ATUM for multiple businesses (all on woocommerce) - we have premium add ons also. I have noticed that employees with "shop manager" as a user on woocommerce does not give them access to ATUM. We are forced to make them "admin" access in user setting in order to give ATUM access. We want to give everyone access to ATUM in woocommerce but we do not want to give them admin access. What is the solution?
