Employee access to ATUM in woocommerce

Hi, we are using ATUM for multiple businesses (all on woocommerce) - we have premium add ons also. I have noticed that employees with "shop manager" as a user on woocommerce does not give them access to ATUM. We are forced to make them "admin" access in user setting in order to give ATUM access. We want to give everyone access to ATUM in woocommerce but we do not want to give them admin access. What is the solution?

Hello, I have a follow-up question on this. I want our shop team to have access to the functions of ATUM but I do not want them to be able to delete or modify action logs in any way.

We have just had an incident where we can identify a couple of days when a change to stock levels must have occurred, but there is no entry in Action Logs. The only conclusion is that either Action Logs failed to record the change, or someone changed it and deleted the log. If I could prevent non-Admins from deleting logs I could narrow the issue down.

Is there a way of doing this or can we turn this into a feature request?

We don't plan to add capabilities to Action Logs, sorry.

Anyway, you can use the Role Editor to hide the action logs menu from your employees. Of course, you'd need to make sure they can't either deactivate plugins...

Please, note that other plugins can change the stock levels, and Action Logs won't log it if they don't use the standard WooCommerce functions to change it.
