How can I see the report of restocked inventory products by purchase order, suppose if I purchase an item product 1 on purchase note and I want to see the report of that restocked product later, how is it possible

I'm not sure I understood what you want to achieve. If what you want is to have a log of every action that happens in your store where you can check which items and when were restocked, you can use the Action Logs add-on.
And if you want to export your purchase orders to a CSV file (and this can suit you as a report), you can do so with our Export PRO add-on.
