Products Levels not reduced when order recieved.

Hi, our woocommerce is connected to eBay however when we recieve an order and it is placed on our system by wp-lister the product stock level is not adjusted if the product has a BOM. WP-Labs tell me you have changed your software and will not tell them what needs to be changed to enable support across plugins. Is this true?

I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We use official WooCommerce hooks in order to know when a product is sold to decrease the children BOM, but if WP-Lister uses its own way to register the sales and does not trigger the appropriate hooks, our add-on could not work correctly.
There is nothing we can do here. I'd suggest you contact the WP_lister support.

Prior to your most recent update your plugin worked fine with wp-lister, its now stopped working are you saying you have withdrawn support for other plugins?

No. Not at all. We don't have any way of doing such a thing...
But, I hope you understand that we can change things on every update that could cause conflicts or could cause other code that was previously working to need changes in order to work with the new versions. This happens to us all the time with all the plugins we officially support (WooCommerce, WC Product Bundles, WPML, etc). When they release a new version, sometimes, our integrations fail and it's our responsibility to adapt our plugin to the latest versions. But WP-Lister isn't (and never was) an officially-compatible plugin.
If WP-Lister worked in the past, I have no idea. But we've never added any kind of code to our plugins to make them compatible. So, if the WP-Lister devs did such a thing on their own side, it's their responsibility to fix their integration or just remove the ATUM support from it. But blaming us for something that we didn't do, isn't fair at all...
