Confusion in stock items after purchase order

I have a completely bad warehouse. The order creates a negative quantity item. I order the goods, deliver them to the customer and then accept them into the warehouse and atum only reads 0 + x. So I have in stock. Or, add the item twice to a value that did not exist. These are simple products. More users have already complained. It's not just my problem. Is there any advice? Are you solving it? Otherwise I have to make complete inventories. I'd rather turn off your product.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I'm not sure if now we have any user complaining about a negative stock in an order. In any case, please, it would be so useful if you can attach some screenshots reproducing the issue in order to know what is happening.

again, I have a problem, it keeps happening. See screenshot. Default goods 0 pcs. Customer order 20 pcs. Condition -20 pcs. 100 pcs delivered. Atum current status 80 + 100 = 180 pcs. What Atum did - he reserved 100 pieces when ordering. The customer took 20 pieces. On delivery and storage added another 100. Result 180 pcs. He did it for all the goods. I don't know how to deal with it and I have to turn off the atum.

It happened to goods that had never been sold before. 30-30 are fine.

Hello, I haven't a negative stock but when I make an invoice for a customer in Backend, Atum didn't decrease the stock of the product. So I have not the real stock anymore. Only when the customers order in frontend, Atum work correctly.
Can you check this, pls?

Is this happening with all kind of products? Also, please, in order to start investigating I have to ask you to check this:

Make sure that you have the last update of your ATUM add-ons.
If you have and the problem persists, try to deactivate all plugins except the ATUM add-ons and Woocommerce and check again.

However, I'm not sure if I understand.

Taking a look at the screenshot, this is a Purchase Order. So looking at the purple notes on the right, for example, I see that Nábojnice 9,3 x 62 product has been increased from 80 to 180 units. And as I see on the items section, you have set a quantity of 100. So this increasing is correct.

However, if you would like us to keep investigating, first I have to ask you to try this:

Make sure that you have the last update of your ATUM add-ons.
If you have and the problem persists, try to deactivate all plugins except the ATUM add-ons and Woocommerce and check again. This is to check if there is any incompatibility.

If it doesn't work, I have to ask you to open a private ticket, and try to explain exactly which is the issue in order to try to reproduce it. Maybe a screenrecording reproducing it will be very useful.
