Please whats the hook to list all locations and add locations? Are there rest apis for listing and adding locations as well?

ATUM Locations are just a custom WordPress taxonomy added to Products. You can add terms to this taxonomy programmatically as with any other taxonomy:
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_set_post_terms/

If you want to add them externally (outside of WordPress), you can use the ATUM's API:

Please, note that you can only access that endpoint if you are using our Multi-Inventory add-on.
And, yes, you can set locations per inventory. Just take into consideration that when any product has multi-inventory enabled, the product location terms I mentioned in my last message, aren't used at all for them. In these cases, only inventory locations are used.

Yes, you're right. Multiple inventories are only available if you use our Multi-Inventory add-on.
