I apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, I wasn't able to reproduce it as in our staging site it works fine.
So please, I have to ask you to check this before keeping investigating:
- Make sure that you have the last update of your ATUM add-ons.
- If you have and the problem persists, try to deactivate all plugins except ATUM add-ons and Woocommerce and check again, to see if any incompatibility with any other plugin is causing this issue.
If nothing of this works, please, I have to ask you to open a private ticket in order to provide as with your website credentials to take a look.
