Hidden inventory tracking

Is there a way to have hidden/ backend inventory tracking that the customers cant see how much you have in stock and can only see how much you have listed in stock as available for sale?
Example: I purchase 200 pieces from my supplier, but I want to list only 20 as available in stock which is visible on the customers end (customer can see how much is available in stock: 20 pieces).
As the items are sold, (example: 10 sold) the available quantity needs to be deducted automatically from both the customer visible end (will now show: 10 left in stock), and from the hidden/ backend inventory tracking (will now show: 190 left in stock).

With ATUM Multi-Inventory is possible to hide the inventories for the users. You can do it in several ways, you can choose the most suitable for you: Don't put a regular price to the inventory so it won't be displayed in the frontend, set an expired date, or write off the inventory.

However, the possibility to deduct automatically the stock of the hidden inventory is not possible. You should do this manually, or you can always try with custom development to add this feature, but as we don't offer this service you will need to hire a developer.
