Error 500 on Dashboard ATUM

Hello,

Just installed ATUM Free for testing issues. We're about to buy it for a customer
Everything's seems works fine, except the dashboard page which return an internal server error (code 500)

Server side, every authorization about file system are just fine
We're running on NGINX with PHP7.4 FPM Mod

Why ? How can we fix this ?
