So please, first some questions in order to start investigating: Could you check that you have the last update of your ATUM add-ons? If you have and the problem persists, could you be so kind to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce and ATUM and check if the problem persists? this is to check if there is any incompatibility causing this wrong performance.
