Regarding the issue you are experimenting with the shipping zones, we could find what is happening. Let me explain it to you.
You want to restrict by postal codes, but in the shipping settings of wocommerce you just have set countries. So this is why the system does not recognize the postal code.
The proper settings should be the followings:
- Add the countries, and the postal codes of the cities you want to sell, in the shipping zone:
- Enable to display the Country in the Geoprompt pop up:
Now it will work. If you just want to filter by postal code, and only display the postal code in geoprompt pop up, you will need to create the shipping zones just using postal codes, not countries.
Note that this behavior follows the Woocommerce logic, so this is how it works and we can't do nothing to change it. However, you can always use custom development to make it work as you wish, but as we don't offer this service you will need to hire a developer.
