Import file

I can't import file excel csv for new item
I already make file same format like file export from atum demo.
Can you help me for this issue

Could you try to deactivate all plugins except ATUM add-ons and Woocommerce and check if the problem persists?
Are you using an ATUM template (which one) or a custom template?
Which warning or error do you see when the import fails?
