Can't Sync

Initial sync after about 3-5 min gets to syncing variations for a while and then just white screens and goes back to the dashboard. Status indicates Not Synchronized and everything shows 0.

Tried syncing again this morning and got all the way to orders and then not sure what happened exactly but it appeared to be done and nothing synced and zero log entries. Took at least 20 minutes to get that far and I got tired of watching it.

We have detected that is some iOS devices the app can run out of memory when processing too much information.

In every update, we work in order to improve the general performance of the processing of the ATUM APP and in improving the sync time of the store. In the next days, we will release a new update (Beta 4) that improves the performance and allows to choose which elements you want to sync in order to limit the charge.

I've tried the new beta 4. Finally managed to get a few things to sync on my iPad, still can't get it to complete a sync on my iPhone. Takes a long time to sync, sometimes its successful, sometimes not. I don't really get the point of "syncing", why not just have the app directly access the database?
Also it constantly changes my general woocommerce settings to "Sell to all Countries", from "Canada, Unitied States" and from Canadian Dollars to Sterling Pound. That is super annoying. I'm not really seeing an advantage to using this app as opposed to just accessing my online store via a web browser like I've been doing for years. Can't get purchase orders to sync at all. I've chosen not to sync "Comments" after an hour of trying to sync it just simply fails. The one thing I was hoping it would do is allow me to scan a barcode and load the product in order to see and or change the inventory count. It actually scans barcode but never finds the product. This App might eventually be ok for a small online store with a couple hundred products at most but anything over that I just don't see it being functional ... long ways to go before I could find a use for it. Sorry. Was hoping the "Stock Takes" plugin would be available and be useful for helping me do a year end inventory. Guess not.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Sad to know that you are experiencing issue with the ATUM APP, but as you know we are in beta testing phase and we are constantly implementing improvements.

I just installed the Beta on Android 12 on Samsung S21 Ultra I have 5GB of unused RAM and more than 200 GB free storage space. But I am unable to sync.

No error message, it just sits there on the sync screen and nothing happens. Now I am attempting to sync again and it is on the orders screen and it is just not getting anywhere. Progress has stalled.

Hi,

With latest Beta version 5, disabling syncing of orders allowed the sync to complete successfully. It said there was some errors, going to the errors caused the program to freeze
