ATUM 1.9.5 Causing site-wide jQuery/AJAX issues

Hello ATUM team,

We had issues 3 weeks ago with jQuery site-wide upon updating ATUM from 1.9.4 to 1.9.5. The issues include;

Stock Central search not working
Payments failing via Stripe
various other frontend issues.

a quick look at the devtools showed all the issues were related to jQuery, and as an experiment, we rolled back to 1.9.4, which resolved all the issues. It's been like this since 1.9.5 came out, but we're now having the same issue we had before with variable items showing out of stock on the frontend when it's only 1 variation of the product that's out of stock. e.g. Whole product showing as out of stock when only "small" is out of stock, medium/large have stock.

We updated to 1.9.5 this morning just to confirm, and we are still experiencing the same problems.

I'll share the screenshots of the devtools and the difference (for us) between 1.9.4 and 1.95, hopefully you notice something obvious our team has missed and we can find a solution to the problem.
