User role setup on PO section

Hi is there anyway i can set a role (warehouse manager ) only able to view all the PO and warehouse manager can click mark as recieve only? meaning i dun want the warehouse manager can edit or create the po

im using user role editor when i turn of the edit capeblities the po list wont show out

User Role Editor has limitations to set the capabilities of the users. However, this is not the only way to add the capabilities
Instead of that, you can just add a filter like this to your child theme's functions.php:

add_filter( 'atum/capabilities/admin_roles', function( $roles ) {
return array_merge( $roles, [ 'shop_manager' ] );
} );
