How to stop total stock multiplying by variation?

Hi there

For example, I have 100 items that can be made into 4 variations (they are made to order so quantity of each variation is unknown)

I have the quantity listed as 100 on ATUM and all the variations listed as 0 but the problem is that the dashboard calculated the value as 400. So it looks like I've got more value in stock then I have

Is there anyway to change this?

If you set the purchase price for the variation at £10 and have 100 and 4 variations the dashboard calculates this to be £400 worth instead of £100, sorry if my original message wasn't clear

So here we have 129 total inventory at £5 each, this equals £645
The purchase price for each is set at £5 but for demonstration I have changed one to £0.00

This will take all 151 screens from the dashboard value. If you set all the purchase price to £0 then the dashboard value will reduce by £2,580 (151x (purchase price) x amount of variations)

I want the dashboard to calculate ALL variations as 151 and show the value as £645, not £2,580

The way I can get this to work is if i delete all the purchase prices of the 3 variations and leave one of them in. That way it will only add one variation of 151 which gives the true value of the stock

Thanks for the extra info. Just one question, when you say 151 you refer to 129, or from where does the 151 come?

Can I ask also is there a feature to add a certain number to stock levels?
For example, 10 item in stock but want to add 23. Instead of clicking the stock up or manually adding them together can you set the amount to increase by?

Current stock: Add/increase: New srock
10 12 22 (+12)

Maybe this is already a feature? instead of calculating 10+12 or pressing up on the arrow X amount of times you can just add the total amount to increase by?

If I understand properly, what you want is to set somewhere to add 5 items to a product, for example, and if it had 1 unit now it has 6. This feature is not developed. In any case, this process is done when you do a purchase order, in which you can increase the stock number.
