Atum locked up our woocommerce site, it had to be deactivated to allow us back in, is there a known issue?
I since then updated it, now I'm afraid to activate it, I don't want my site to go down again, how should I proceed???
Please, add the PHP error log too.
Thank you very much for your post.
I am sorry to hear about that, however, this only happens when you do not meet the minimum requirements.
Can you tell me what version of Wordpress, WooCommerce, PHP, MySQL and ATUM you are on, pls?
I reactivated it and it worked no problems 3 days ago, now today it was deactivated so I activated it but the icon never shows up under the right hand side of my plugins ? All my updates for WP version 4.9.8, WooCommerce, are show current. But I do have this error ATUM requires PHP version 5.6 or greater. Please, update or contact your hosting provider. So where do I get the most Recent PHP?
I've contacted my web host and I now have php 7.0 waiting for it to kick in, up to 15 min, I hope it will work now.
Has it all worked out for you by updating the PHP to the required version, please?
@Forum_Admin once again it is down, very frustrating, this is now the 2nd time it shut me down, my site has been down for 2.8 days the tech support with my provider tried to do a manual override on the updating of my php, now its going to be escalated, I've been waiting for this so called escalation ticket to get back to me. Any suggestions on what I can do?
Hi Distbyde ,
I am very sorry you have troubles again.
We had 3 users in the history of ATUM that had this issue and all 3 made the same mistake.
As we said before the only time your site can crash is when you do not meet minimum requirements. If you are running a serious site you should do your updates on staging copy first. That way you know when you make a mistake.
Hope you sort it out quick.
