Questions regarding suitability for Stock Control

I’ve had a good look at ATUM and I’ve got a few questions which you may be able to help with:

• Can I import SKU's (both suppliers and our own) from a different stock programme – I can definitely get all our SKU’s along with supplier SKU’s in excel form if that helps.
• It is not clear, although I assume the capability must be there to place purchase orders by supplier using the min-max plugin
• Please can you confirm if it is possible to edit a purchase order before sending to a supplier
• It is not clear how stock is bought in through ATUM, I presume there is a way of doing this from the purchase order??
• If I am right about the above has ATUM got the ability to “partially receive “ orders if the complete order does not come in from a supplier and assuming this is yes, does the system retain the outstanding items as still being on order?
• If we get stock credited by a supplier, we obviously need to remove the item from our stock – there are ways of dealing with this through woocommerce but it would be good to know if there is a way this can be done by putting a negative quantity into a supplier delivery note.
• Is there the ability to do a manual stock-take and reconcile it with ATUM
• Does ATUM have the ability to print stock tags?

Yes, you can use our Premium plugin ATUM Export Pro.

Sorry, I don't know this plugin. I can't tell you whether it's going to work with PO. You can find the only plugins that we support here.

A Purchase Order is based on WooCommerce orders post type. So you can edit an order the same way as in WC.

how stock is bought in through ATUM

As in WC, stock increases/decreases when you change the order status. Please, read all the documentation about PO here.

Ni, it hasn't. However, our premium add-on for Purchase Orders will support this. It's in active development, but I can't give you an ETA.

Please, take a looks at the Inventory Logs module. Note that in this module, the stock is increased/decreased differently.

It will be available through our ATUM app. It's also in active development and we're currently in a beta testing phase. Please, note that you won't reconcile any stock with ATUM, you will do it with WooCommerce (as long as you don't use Multi Inventory and/or Product Levels).
