Tracking Inventory for Bulk Products

Having trouble managing inventory. We have 3 different products that we sell in 3 different quantities. How can I get ATUM to track a pallet or a case of a product sold and have it know that a pallet/case is (x) quantity?

ATUM helps the shop owner to manage their stock thanks to its different features, but I'm not sure exactly to which feature you are talking about, so please I need you to be more specific.

Also it will be useful to know if you are using any premium add-on.

Hi,
I am not using any premium add-ons. I have 3 different sizes of the same product. For instance, we have a 4- pack of drinks that are sold in a case (six 4-packs) and a pallet that is 600 4-packs. The problem is getting any inventory to track when something is bought in bulk. I have a problem where pallets are bought and the site does not understand that it's 600 4-packs and doesn't know to pull that out of the inventory. I am open to purchasing an add-on, but I need to know that it will work and which one I will need.

I'm not sure if I understand right, but I think that what you need is our premium add-on ATUM Product Levels.

With this add-on you can create raw materials or products parts, and then link them to a final product, so its stock will be composed and deducted from the raw materials our product parts.

In your case, packs would be the raw materials (with this add-on you can create several levels of raw materials if you need) and the final product would be the pallet, so you have to set that in order to create 1 pallet you will need 4 packs.
