I found that "ATUM Multi-Inventory" unable to work well with WPC Product Bundles. I reached the conclusion after discussing this with WPC product Bundles developers and they even showed me place where the code for ATUM Multi-Inventory that should be fixed.

The whole staging site is already been setup, and WPC developers have all the reproducible information. Would you like to reach out to them to get the information? Remember to quote them the ticket number #2805994 (https://wpc.ticksy.com/ticket/2805994/).

Something you should know is that we just have tested the compatibility of ATUM with the plugins you will see on this list: https://forum.stockmanagementlabs.com/d/2383-atum-compatibility . With the rest we can make sure that ATUM works properly.

As you see we support Product Bundles, but not WPC Product Bundles. In any case, thanks for this info :)

Sorry, for now we are just compatible with the official Product Bundles plugin for Woocommerce. You can use custom development to make WPC Product Bundles compatible with ATUM, but as we don't offer this service you will need to hire a developer.

Custom development can only make WPC Product Bundles compatible with ATUM, for a specific version of both plugins, it can't guarantee compatibility for the future versions of the plugins.

I thought it should be pretty clear to ensure the compatibility with WPC? Can't it be done so very easily?

No, it isn't so easy to add compatibility with a plugin like that as their codebases can be completely different and what works for the official plugin, may not work for the WPC plugin and vice-versa.

We don't have plans to add compatibility to that WPC version for now (because our users have the option to choose the compatible one instead), but you can ask their developers if they are interested in doing so.

But this is not true because WPC Product Bundle is the only one that offers Bundled Product with Variation Product ( the official plugin only offers Bundled Product with Simple Product).

Perhaps there are features that one plugin has and the other doesn't have but adding compatibility to all the plugins out there isn't possible for a small team like us. I hope you understand this.
Anyway, as you know, ATUM free plugin is open source and anyone can submit a pull request to our GitHub repo. So if you are interested in funding this integration, you can hire some good WP developer to do it for you and if they submit a PR, we'll evaluate it and will consider adding it to the core, so other users that are using the WPC version can take advantage of your contribution ;)

I can fund you, or anyone to modify the ATUM code, but the problem is that I'm not entirely sure whether you would accept the PR or not. If not then it's not a permanent solution for me, as I still have to deal with the compatibility issue when it comes to future versions.

Can you confirm whether you are able to accept such PR?

We will accept the PR only if it's 100% compatible, it has no issues and it follows the WP coding standards. That's why I said that you should find a good developer (because not all the developers know or make use of WP coding standards).
Also, all the code should be inspected with PHPCS by using the rules you can find at the ATUM's root directory (phpcs.xml).

Anyway, the main problem I see here is the compatibility with ATUM premium add-ons like Multi-Inventory that is where lies the complexity...

I'm sorry but we don't have the capacity at this time to take extra custom development like this. We're very busy developing new ATUM features, the mobile App and new add-ons.

I'm sure you can find a good developer to help you out with this ;)
