Do I have to fill in the buying price including VAT or excluding VAT?

It depends on your VAT settings. Go to Woocommerce - Settings - Enable taxes - Go to the tax tab and check which are your settings. Depending on this set the price as the way is suitable for your business.

Since we sell products including tax i suppose i have to set the buying price including tax too? Is that correct?

Excactly, purchase prices uses the same settings as Woocommerce. However, we are developing an add-on called Purchase Orders Premium which will allow to set different types of taxes for purchase orders.

I like Atum but unfortunately i still need other plugins to have a perfect working stock solution.

AndreaRebel Thanks. Sorry for being positive critical but your solution right now is half-baked ready. At this point Atum is still dependable on many other plugins which causes dramatic server resources to be used. I hope in the very nearby future you will come up with solutions that work fully instead of "somewhat"
