We have been using your services for a while and are looking forward to managing our stock with GSM.

Thanks for your application! We have already started to use it for the management of our stock.

We appreciate the use of bar codes! Thanks thanks thanks !
In addition the UX is really pleasant, colorful

The UI at the moment is quick and easy with the big buttons and having everything optimized for mobile is really neat!

We will continue to use it using the purchase order with the application, we will give our opinion.

We just have one frustration, we have prepared all our stock with bar codes, while waiting for the application to be released and we are blocked by the 500 products ... we have 719 in all, is it possible to allow us to do a real test on the entire stock? or allow us to subscribe to the premium subscription?

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean. You can do the test with real stock if you want. Actually, all the App functionalities are open. Later, when we release the App publicly, some of them will be part of a premium subscription (similar to our actual subscriptions for premium add-ons).
Also, we plan to add barcodes support to ATUM WP before the App is released. So any barcode read with the APP's barcode scanner and saved, can be synced to your WooCommerce site and managed from there also.

Currently only 500 products can be synced with the mobile app while we have 720 on woocommerce.

I wanted to know if we could already subscribe to the premium subscription to have unlimited access to be able to work with the mobile application.

In this first beta version, we've added the limit to 500 products. It isn't a matter of being premium or not as everything is unblocked at the beta stage.
For the next version, we'll increase the limit to 1000 products and, later, we'll remove this limit completely.

And, please, bear in mind that this is a beta version and we don't recommend using it in a production environment for now as many things could change until we release the final version and also it could have some bugs.
The purpose of this beta stage is to give our users the ability to test the App and give us their feedback but isn't intended to be used to work with it as if it were a stable version.

Having real problems with the app now - I cannot sync any items. After a while the app gives up and reports (usually) 16 errors found, most of which say "Sorry, you cannot list resources"
When I first downloaded the app the store did synchronise to the limit of 500 products, but I was unable to display any thumbnails in Stock Central and also was unable to expand multi-inventory items to be able to alter the quantities etc...
I have posted a comment on this before and Andrea has replied saying it worked ok for her on a phone.
I must be doing something wrong - just wish I knew what !!!

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. In any case I have already checked the other post and we never had feedback from you. So please, can you confirm that you have the last update of ATUM add-ons (in your Wordpress) to keep investigating if the issue persists?
