Thanks for the video it was very useful, how ever we will need to take a look at your site in order to investigate why this is happening.
So please, first do this things:
- Make sure you have the last update of ATUM add-ons.
- If you have and the problem persists, try to deactivate all plugins except ATUM add-ons.
If the problem still persists, please I have to ask you to open a private ticket and provide us with your website credentials in order to take a look.
