I need this feature too. I tried the demo of the Action Logs Add-On, but it doesn't quite do what my client wants. I also have the Inventory History plugin that @parkerlewis above mentioned, and a more detailed breakdown of the inventory history of an individual product is more what I (and I think they) are looking for, not just "[user] changed inventory of [product]" with no details on what adjustment was made (unless I'm missing something and a detailed breakdown of the inventory change - like "old inventory > change > new inventory" is available somewhere). Changes made via inventory logs show up, but changes made in Stock Central don't, which is interesting. But the point is, an inventory history like this (but more compatible/integrated with ATUM's functionality) is what we're looking for.
