Missing TTF TrueType font file when exporting PO

Hi there,

I am trying to export a Purchase Order, but it seems that a font file is missing. Here is the error message I get.

Cannot find TTF TrueType font file "DejaVuSerifCondensed.ttf" in configured font directories.

Do you have a solution to this issue?

I've just checked it and the font is there. If you browse this directory:

/wp-content/plugins/atum-stock-manager-for-woocommerce/vendor/mpdf/mpdf/ttfonts/

You should have the "DejaVuSerifCondensed.ttf" font file.

If you have the file there, one thing that could cause this is another plugin using the same PDF library that we are using (mPDF) and conflicting with our own version. In order to determine this, I'd suggest you disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM and try again. If it works in this way, you can start enabling them back one by one until you find the conflicting plugin.

I have narrowed down the issue to a the plugin Germanized for Woocommerce. Since the update (version 3.3.4 )of this plugin the conflict occures.

How do we proceed in this case?

I'd recommend you speak with the plugin's author as this is something that we cannot fix from our side.

So that I get this right. Both plugins are using the same library and either ATUM or Germanized must stop using it?

Not exactly. It isn't what I'm saying.
However, they should add the missing font (that probably they don't have) or update the library to the latest version (we have it up to date). And if they don't want to fix this, perhaps you should disable one of both plugins (or at least, disabling the Germanized plugin when you want to use the PDF export) as the conflict is being caused by them.

I happen to have the same issue, but only with the Pro version of the Germanized plugin...
