Display "Date Expected" on product page /backorders/

Feature request!

It will be awesome if there is an option to display the date expected for recieving PO directly on the product page. Right bellow the backorder message.

woocommerce_get_availability_text filter for product page and woocommerce_get_availability filter for cart page

That way the client will know exactly when to expect a product on stock

Agreed - I'd like this feature as well!
The expected stock could not show if there was stock available. if stock was 0, it could show the expected date of arrival and possibly how many.

Hi, We ware looking to develop this feature ourselves.

We can see the inbound stock in the atum product table, which should be straight forward to add the product listing but can you point us in the direction of how to link this to the PO table and expected date?

This would be an amazing feature of the plugin.

FYI, custom coding isn't included in our support scope. I'll give you some hints, but that is all I can do. I hope you understand.

You can see on the Inbound Products that each entry is linked to a PO. The expected date shown is a postmeta ('_date_expected') field from this PO.

You can get its value using the WP's get_post_meta function.

This is important feature for customers. Customer will see when products are arrive to local wherehouse and this will remove a number of questions for the seller and make purchasing decisions easier.
