Marking PO as received doesn't add stocks to inventory.

Hi,

I am new to ATUM. I tried searching this issue across forum and docs but couldn't find a reliable solution. When I mark a PO as "Received" and then go to Stock centeral, I don't see ordered qty in PO getting added to stocks.

Is there any step that I am missing?

As per the docs - https://forum.stockmanagementlabs.com/d/17-completing-a-purchase-order ,
The inventory should be added automatically after marking PO as received.

But does this happen only in Stock Central?. I mean: if you go to the product, is the product stock up to date and differs from the Stock Central's value?

Yeah, not working on demo portal too.

Salva If I go to product, the stock still shows 0. Hence, both places the stock shows 0 after marking a PO as received.

That's very weird. I've just tested it and worked perfectly for me.
Perhaps could be due to some kind of conflict with a 3rd party plugin.
Might you try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM and let me know whether it works in that way, please?

It seems like PO gets inbounded when we choose "Received" from dropdown inside PO and then click on Update. But if we use "Mark as received" icon, then stock is not inbounded.

If you did what Salva said and the issue still persists, I have to ask you to open a private ticket and provide us with your website credentials in order to take a look as I couldn't reproduce it in my staging site.

Better if it's a staging site in order we can make tests, if not, probably we will need permission to download a backup.

Same problem here. The products do appear under 'inbound stock' but do not add to 'total in warehous' (manufacturers stock) when PO is marked as received
