Since we use ATUM we have had the following occurred several times:
1) Customer orders product X. Woocommerce order page show stock from product X goes from 1 to 0. The order is being handled and sent. The product can not be ordered anymore as stock is 0. No new stock is being added.
2) Several days later someone orders product X. Woocommerce order page show stock from product X goes from 1 to 0.
Something happened within ATUM that changed the stock from 0 to 1 between these events. I can not figure out what it is and it is clearly a bug.
Yesterday I ordered the action log plugin to hopefully give me more information what is wrong. I still can't see it because the logging is only 24 hours at this moment.
Do you have any idea what is wrong? It is a very nasty problem, as we have to contact customers that we can not supply them with there ordered product.
