Restocking products on order edited or cancelled

Hi,
is there any ATUM option to provide a "restocking products" when I manage the orders?

The products are not restocked in the warehouse in several cases: canceled order, modified order, etc...

Does ATUM run an auto restore stock?

When you cancel an order the stock should be restock again. This is not happening to you?

Dear Andrea,

We experience this issue as well. Stock level of a certain product goes down when I create a sales order. However, when I delete this sales order stock in ATUM won't go up again.

Can you please advice?

No, I canceled an order a few hours ago and the stock has not been restored.

However, when I delete a product or decrease the required quantity of a product from an order, it is not always restored ...

Please, would you mind to open a private ticket and provide us with your website credentials in order to see what's happening? Also, we would need you to allow us to download a copy of your website in order to make tests if we find an issue.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please, first make sure that you have the last update of ATUM add-ons and Woocommerce. If you have and the problem still persists, I have to ask you to open a private ticket and to provide us with your website credentials and permission to download a backup to make tests.

We have detected an issue related to this, but I'm not sure if it is the same as yours. When an order is made, the stock is not decreased, but if we cancel the order, the stock quantity increases. This bug is solved and it will be fixed in the next version release.

If this is not your case, please, would you mind to explain it a bit more?
