Not really. If you make a inventory log for lost in posts products, it suppose to export a negative number, so the sum of the quantity column exported will result in the exact amount.

When you create a new Inventory Log (no matter its type), you always enter positive quantities, right?
If you aren't doing so, it's not correct and can cause issues.
So, as those quantities are positive, they are saved in positive in the database and the ATUM Export PRO, just export the raw data (without any kind of alteration).
Perhaps it would be easier to understand for you if they were negative in some cases but that isn't how the Export PRO works at this time.
Although, in the future, when we add the reporting functionality, it will be possible to alter the content of the columns when preparing the export. But, for now, the only way to edit these quantities to add them the negative sign, would be editing the file in Excel and applying the formula the columns.
