Incorrect date column formatting?

Hi there,

Action Logs 1.0.6 - we've just noticed the following:

The 'date' column in Action Logs appears to be incorrectly calculating for UK-based dates. Entries from today (1st October, aka 01/10/2020 in the UK) are shown as "9 months ago" - presumably it's thinking it's 10th Jan?

Our date/times are set correct: Other dates elsewhere in woocommerce are all showing OK (e.g. orders placed by customers earlier this afternoon show as "3 hours ago" in the Woocommerce Orders list, etc).
