Products not deleting properly

Hello

Whilst figuring out the best way to structure my products I am deleting them from the system and starting again. But the "Current stock value" widget remains high with the message 1725 items in stock without specified purchase price. I have deleted all products and emptied the bin yet the number still remains. I cannot find the product anywhere. Until...

When I add a new product and do a product export with Export Pro, it exports all the data for the products that have been deleted as well as the new product.

Is this a common issue and is there a way to reset it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back, Andrea. My coder figured out the problem. This is a note from him.

"When you delete product from WooCommerce it does not get completely deleted from the database, it just changes post_type field for that product in the database. Your plugin get's all posts from the database and does not filter them if they are closed(deleted) or not. Statistics is still bugged but I managed to not export those deleted products by setting up export filters."
