First of this is an amazing plugin!
So I have been having various errors the last year (?) with this plugin. I think it has to do with what database is read in some way. But i will leave that for the pros! 🙂
I run the plugin on staging and on a live server. On the staging server i just started some testing and reinstalled the plugin with the option "Delete everything ticked" It being ON to be clear. Thus should delete everything.
It deletes info on maybe half of the products. But remembers the rest after reinstallation. Se pic: https://prnt.sc/sv9ulu The underlined is the purchase price and the stock indicator. (Info "remembered" was also is the item stock was controlled by AUTM.
Clues I have:
-Tends to be Older products info is not properly deleted on. (product id's <6000). But stock indicator buggs on old and new products.
-Problem is not new. Just have not had time to look into it. (6-12 month old)
*On the live server (not reinstalled):
-The plugin is about 5x slower compared to reinstalled plugin.
-In this pic Stock stock should last 124 days on both items, 1 of the has a low stock indicator, 1 not. https://prnt.sc/sva32d
*On live & staging (reinstalled with deleted info(but due to error not totally is seems):
Red is current stock, Blue sales last 31 days, Green how long stock will last, Pink is how many days sold out. The stock indicator reads "out of stock right", but does not work properly to indicate low stock, on the yellow line, (green intersection) 1 runs out in 12 days "low stock", the other in 4 days "in stock".
-https://prnt.sc/sva9uc Can detect how long products have been sold out relay sporadically. (On the reinstalled server and live). Two read +500 days (although in stock now) and some sold out it has no clue.
Settings the same on both installations: Global stock threshold in not on an individual level, both use woocommerce values. Out of stock is calculated on 31 days. Cache is turned of for /wp-admin.
I want to support this plugin, but the addons wont do anything for me. but if you can get this sorted i will buy one random for good measure since its important for a good business! 🙂 best regards Victor
