How to add Expiry Date of a product

Hi,
New user of ATUM and loving it. We run a supplement store.

How do we set the EXPIRY DATE of the items in woocommerce / ATUM? In "screen options", I don't see the option to add that.

Also, related to this, when we have 2 batches of the same product, how can we add the EXPIRY DATE then? Let's say product XYZ.
First shipment of product XYZ arrived 6 months ago - expiry date Dec 2020
Second shipment of product XYZ arrived today - expiry date June 2021
Now, how do we input these and keep track of this using ATUM?
I assume Multi-inventory will play a role? Please elaborate.

You need to use the Multi Inventory premium add-on for batches and expiry dates. You can see the full documentation on this here.

Yes, we are considering multi-inventory option as we speak.
So with multi-inventory, I assume we can set batches and expiry dates.
Would this also mean we can track a specific shipment?
One big challenge I face is - I want to know whether I have sold all the products in a specific shipment. As we have shipments coming in every month, it's difficult to track.
Would multi-inventory able to track this?

My thinking is like this - if I know exactly the orders generated from a specific shipment, I know that I have sold all the products and they are not stolen. Right now, I don't have tracking of this kind. We do it manually in a excel file which is a big mess. I have thought about using the "INBOUND STOCK" feature in ATUM but was unable to figure out if that would accomplish this.

Regarding shipments, I do not think you can track a shipment, but as you track batches you can see all the sales of that particular batch and get a total.
