Hi Pavel,
- I was testing out the P.O. orders and clicked on the PDF icon which opened a new tab, however, I couldnĀ“t from there attach directly to an email (send by email) or at least download it as a PDF to attach it later to an email to the supplier (it downloaded as a php file). I had to print a PDF (save as PDF) first and then attach to an email. A bit cumbersome. I might be doing something wrong but it seemed counter-intuitive.
Another thing I noticed was that the standard PDF was missing a lot of information but not sure if this a bug on my side or that I have to set up these things separately. I reckon should be basic to include as a standard PDF on the free version of ATUM. Things like shipping terms, payment terms, delivery date, multiple buying currencies and multiple shipping addresses options. We have four locations we ship to, for example. Also, ideally would like to include more fields by my European company details to avoid possible mistakes by the supplier in the future when he makes the invoice for these purchases (e.g. VAT and EORI numbers). I tried to attach an image to this post but it keeps giving me an error message. Can I send this image to your support email so it is visually easier to understand?
- Inventory locations. Is it possible in Atum to have the same product type in different locations where perhaps in one location it is not available for sale but in the other location it is available for sale? E.g. one location is a showroom where that product is not for sale but needs to be counted as stock.
Cheers,
Joachim
