Virtual product Out of Stock and not sure why

I have a variant product, that has two variants,
(1) an active virtual product, that is marked in-stock, and (2) a disabled variant for the print.
The issue was apparent before I created the physical variant, just if putting something there would help.

The product appears in-stock for those in the America region, and out-of-stock for those in Europe address, though if you click into the product you can still order downloadable product, its just the out-of-stock notification over the product which is the issue. And i can't figure it out

I have had a similar issue where the virtual product will get sold and then I will receive and "out of stock" notification even though the product is virtual and has no purchase limits

I have a Variable Product that is virtual and Simple Product that is virtual, these are the settings I have them set at and it still gives me an "Out of Stock" notification every time it gets purchased. Am in the wrong settings to fix this? is the answer in the ATUM settings somewhere?

I have just tested in our staging site and it works fine, I didn't receive any out of stock message.

So please, first, I have to ask you to do this:

Make sure that you have the last update of your ATUM add-ons.
If you have and the problem persists, try to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce and ATUM add-ons and check again.

If none of this works, please I have to ask you to open a private ticket and provide us with your website credentials in order to take a look. Also, I have to ask you for permission to download a backup in order to make tests.

I solved my own problem by turning off the ATUM Control Switch on all my virtual products. I no longer get "out of stock" notifications when selling virtual products with unlimited quantity.

Good to know that you were able to manage this issue yourself.
Anyway, let me say that this is very weird because the ATUM control switch is only considered for Stock Central (for showing the product in the "Controlled List" or in the "Uncontrolled List". So changing it, shouldn't affect any kind of notification (theoretically).
