Sync inventory/sales from non-Woocommerce Marketplace

Hi,

I want to sync/import Sales order from my wp-lister amazon plugin into ATUM. I do not import these orders into Woocommerce because the numbers are huge. The orders are stored in another table and they simply reduce the inventory levels of products as per the order.

I want to record this into ATUM so that I can get the sales forecast. I had developed a custom code myself for BOM items to reduce their stock on every amazon order, but I had to place the function inside wp-lister plugin's files.

I wonder if there is a way to avoid this with ATUM hooks. I simply wish to record the sales/product and not the details of the order.

We have a lot of custom hooks in place, everywhere and you are free to use them as wished.
And if, at some point, you need a new hook to be added to be able to add some customization, just let us know and will decide if we add it there 😉

Apart from that, we don't give support for customizations/custom development, so we can't assist you with this customization.
The only tip I can give you is: ATUM does not support External/Affiliate products as these don't have stock in WooCommerce, so perhaps you should add your Amazon products to WC as single products and to hide them from your catalog (so are not shown on your shop but you can manage them from backend).

The products ARE in woocommerce. All of them. Wp-lister syncs the stock levels IN woocommerce based on amazon orders. The whole thing works smoothly.

I am only trying to establish a link between ATUM and WP-Lister, which can listen to Amazon sales data as fetched by wp-lister.

How is SOLD TODAY and Sold in the last 14 days data calculated? Does it run queries on orders or does it store it on an incremental basis?

Let me explain exactly what happens:
Product is in Woo > Sale happens on Amazon > Wp-lister fetches the order (in its own table of Amazon Orders. I currently do not import it in woocommerce.) > Inventory is programmatically reduced.

I want to record this inventory reduction/addition as a sale in ATUM.

Does ATUM have a hook wherein one can pass the Sale of a product (by ID)?
For example:
atum_record_sale ($product_id, $units, increase/decrease)

The above function is similar to increasing or decreasing stock in woocommerce.

Check the method Helpers::get_sold_last_days.

For example:
atum_record_sale ($product_id, $units, increase/decrease)

This is more complex to answer as there is no reply that could be valid for everything, but ATUM works similar to how WC works with WC_Products, so you have to get the ATUM Product Model with Helpers::get_atum_product(), and set the desired properties to the object. Once you finish editing the product, just run

$product->save_atum_data()

There are a lot of use cases for the above within the ATUM's code that you can take as reference.
