I was reading wrong,
I hoped to find a field where i can put in the amount i have to order from my supplier. Most products i am selling, i have to order x10 from my supplier. Now we have to fill with hand each products. some are x10, x12, x18, .....
The field is there. When you add items to a PO PRO, there is a popup that shows and you can start adding items and their quantities (10, 12, 18, or what you want). Once done, all those items will be added to the PO. Did you read the article I pointed out in my last message?

I have to buy product X from my supplier per 10
So it would be nice if the amount changement will be per 10 or other pre-filled amount.
I see. I'm sorry but pre-filling the qty fields isn't possible at this time. If you want 10 items, you just have to type 10 manually in the input field. If you really need that "pre-filling" functionality, I'd kindly suggest you find a developer to assist you with this customization as it would require custom coding.
