Tracking sales with custom order status

We just installed ATUM. We have multiple orders imported into our site from Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Sears, Wal-Mart, etc. However, ATUM only sees the sales that come through our Wordpress site. Is there a way to make it see sales with a status of "Amazon Completed" or "eBay Completed"?

It is very difficult to understand how your system works. ATUM is WC extension and only works with stuff WC can see.

I guess those orders are external products and those products have no stock in WC. If so, we can't know if an Amazon referral link is finally sold when following it or not. That would need to communicate with every site's API (if any).

ATUM does not work with orders, we work with inventory. Is the inventory held in WooCommerce and does your eBay, Etsy, Sears and other sites discount inventory in WC?

On this above thread I read your reply, thank you. I am evaluating this product and it is exactly what I need to management my inventory issues. But like the person above, we also sell on other channels. We currently use 3rd parties like SellBrite or MultiOrders to pool our inventory into one warehouse for control and as you know, when sales are made on all the channels, they all pull inventory from the main inventory pool in SellBrite to prevend overselling. With this product also do that? I have not been able to find away to ingegrate other channels in the docs. Thank you for your help, Catherine

I'm sorry but at this time, the only way to integrate external channels would be through manual imports and exports in CSV files and using our ATUM Export PRO add-on.

Or, alternatively, you can integrate all those channels with custom coding and use our REST API
