Customers/Orders Migrated from old system not showing in ATUM Dashboard

We just migrated all our customers and orders into Woocommerce. I can see the sales data inside WooCommerce reporting tools but not showing up in ATUM. Is there something I need to configure to reflect the prior sales data? ![](

Might you check whether your migrated orders have the correct status and dates, please?
Also, what export/import plugin did you use to migrate your data?

It appears that Woocommerce standard report tool is able to show the information. We used Cart2Cart, it was a lot of data since we are migrating from our 7 year old OSCommerce site.

If the WooCommerce report tool opens this or not is irrelevant here, as we use our own code to read the data and our reports work in a different way.

Perhaps something was not migrated correctly or there is some missing information.
Did you import all your products too? And if you go to any order and click on any product there, does it open the right product within WooCommerce?

All the products have been imported.

Are you asking that I go to Woocommerce > Orders and see if when I click on an individual product in an order that it opens up the product?

I am able to click on these products from within an order and it takes me to the product.

If you could help me understand where you pull the data from so that I can verify that I am not missing information. We had Cart2Cart do this migration and they did it originally for Products then we just recently had them do the migration for customers and orders. Going to WooCommerce reports, I can see the sales data - I know you said this is irrelevant but doesn't that mean the Woo reports is accessing the data?
