loomy18 OK, but even a normal discount coupon built into WP is not working, and we can not change batches when order is "processing". I think we may need to refund this plugin. What is the best route to take for this?
Thank you very much for your reply. We are not aware of any feature failing with ATUM that is a natural part of WooCommerce. You will need to give me some more info on this, please? Screenshots would help how you use the coupon.
You are saying that you can not change inventories after an order is placed? We have tested it many times, and it all works fluently.
As a premium user, you can open a private ticket and give our guys access to test things out. If a bug is found, it will be fixed.
PS: Refunds are not accepted for any of our premium add-ons. As per our policy, you are buying a digitally downloadable software you own. I recommend giving us all the info you can so we can help you get things running.
